DISPATCH

Please allow 2 business days for order processing. Orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

Items are sent via Australia Post and below are the standard postage timelines 

Australia Post Standard 2-10 days $9.50

Australia Post Express 1-3 days $15

Shipping Rates: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery Times: Delivery times for international orders can vary widely depending on the destination. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-21 business days.

Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.

PRE ORDERS

Please note the following prior to placing your order;

• If you have purchased a pre-order item and an in-stock item, your entire order will be shipped in full when the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. If you would like to receive in-stock items first, please place two separate orders- or get in touch to discuss options. 

• The estimated dispatch date of your pre-order is advertised on the product listing at the time of purchase. Please note that this may be subject to change depending on manufacturing/shipping delays that are beyond our control. 

• We retain the right to cancel any pre-orders should we encounter any issues with stock shortage. Should this occur, full refunds will be promptly issued for the affected orders.

 

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
